Endovenous Laser Therapy Endovenous Laser Therapy is an outpatient treatment and done in the privacy of our MCVI office. Although individual responses vary, most people report little to no pain associated with this therapy. Often the only sensation is felt during the delivery of anesthetic to the leg. After the procedure you may feel some tenderness, tingling, itching or tightness in the treated leg, which should disappear within a month. Clinical results have been documented relating to the success of Endovenous Laser Therapy. With any medical treatment, however, there are certain risks which your physician will explain to you.
Appointment Process for Endovenous Laser Therapy Dr. Genco will evaluate patients with a history and physical, along with a screening ultrasound to look for insufficiencies.
