Atrial Fibrillation Clinic

What is Atrial Fibrillation?

Atrial Fibrillation is the most common form of cardiac arrhythmia or abnormal heart beat.  While not immediately life-threatening, if left untreated, A-Fib can have long term consequences.  The sooner A-Fib is treated, the better the patient's prognosis will be.

Fluttering heart, lack of energy, and occasional dizziness are some signs of atrial fibrillation.

The Michigan CardioVascular Institute physicians are pleased to offer an atrial fibrillation clinic, which is completely dedicated to patients with atrial fibrillation.

If you are enrolled in the clinic you can expect:

  • Individual treatment plans to optimize patient success
  • Development of a comprehensive medical management plan
  • Recommendations for advanced drug therapies, if relevant
