Heart disease is often thought of as a disease that affects our parents or grandparents...not us. Yet more young adults are coming face-to-face with life-changing cardiac health issues than ever before. The Cardiac Care Support Group offers young adults (40 years and younger) an opportunity to talk informally with peers and medical professionals about their unique needs.
