Thomas Tomczak, Jr., RN, MSN, APRN, BC practices in the Bay City office.  Tom recently worked as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and ER Nurse Practitioner at West Branch Regional Hospital.  He received his Masters degree from Saginaw Valley State University.  Tom is currently a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.
